Bitmine announces a cryptocurrency and cash holdings totaling $8.98 billion, including about 1.87 million ETH

BlockBeats News, September 2nd, Ethereum's first treasury institution Bitmine (BMNR) announced that its cryptocurrency and cash holdings amount to $8.98 billion. As of August 31st, Eastern Time, the company's cryptocurrency holdings include 1,866,974 ETH, 192 BTC, and $635 million in undeployed cash.

BitMine's cryptocurrency holdings rank it as Ethereum's largest treasury and the world's second-largest treasury company, second only to Strategy Inc. (MSTR), which holds 629,376 BTC worth $71 billion.
