Institution: US debt sustainability will become a key issue in the second half of this year

Odaily News Felix Herrmann, an analyst at Aramea Asset Management, said in a report that the debate on the sustainability of U.S. debt is likely to dominate the U.S. market in the second half of this year. The chief economist said this will lead to upside risks to long-term U.S. Treasury yields. He said that partly due to the so-called Big and American Bill, U.S. debt will increase significantly in the short term. (Jinshi)
