Trump Media & Technology Group Submits Amended Version of Bitcoin Spot ETF S-1 Filing

(stock code: DJT) announced today that it has submitted the first amended S-1 registration statement for the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The ETF will directly hold Bitcoin, aiming to track the price performance of Bitcoin, and its shares are expected to be listed on the NYSE Arca exchange. Other information includes:
