How do I buy crypto on WEEX P2P?

After completing identity verification and adding a payment method, you can start buying crypto on WEEX P2P. Browse offers on the P2P marketplace and choose one that suits your needs. Use "Buy" to place an order, enter the amount, and pay using the seller's selected payment method. After payment, return to your P2P order page and use the "Paid" button, then wait for the seller to release the crypto to your account. For more details, refer to How to buy crypto via WEEX P2P.

Do I need to complete identity verification to use P2P?

Yes. You must complete identity verification before trading on P2P. For more details, refer to the Identity Verification Guide.

Is it safe to pay the seller?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The seller's crypto is held in escrow during the transaction, so you can pay with confidence. If the seller does not release the crypto within ten minutes after you mark the order as paid, you can use the "Appeal" button. Our support team will step in to help you.

When will I receive my crypto?

Accepted Answer

After completing payment, make sure to use the "Paid" button. Once the seller confirms receipt of funds, the crypto will be released to your account.

Are there any fees for P2P trading?

WEEX doesn't charge any fees for P2P trading. However, your selected payment provider may charge transaction fees.

What payment methods are supported?

What is the minimum amount per P2P order?

The minimum order amount is set by the merchant. Your actual trading amount depends on the limits set in the ad.

Why do I see "Restricted" on the buy/sell page?

This means you may not meet the merchant's trading requirements and are temporarily unable to trade with them. Use the "Restricted" button to view the specific conditions you do not meet.
