MEI Pharma Increases LTC Holdings with an Average Price of $107.58 to 929,548 Coins

BlockBeats News, August 5th, MEI Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEIP) today announced that it has purchased 929,548 Litecoins (LTC) at an average price of $107.58 per coin, successfully initiating a significant institutional treasury strategy.

As of August 4, 2025, the total value of this LTC treasury is approximately $110.4 million. MEI has also become the first U.S. public company to hold Litecoin as a primary reserve asset, launching a new strategy based on digital asset infrastructure and long-term capital innovation.

This strategic move was developed in collaboration between MEI and GSR and was executed under the guidance of Litecoin founder and MEI board member, Charlie Lee.
