According to The Block, on-chain data shows that the U.S. government transferred approximately 0.3346 Bitcoin, valued at around $23,000, from a wallet marked as related to "Miguel Villanueva." Three transfers were sent to three different addresses, and the wallet balance has since been cleared.

Currently, the U.S. government holds about 328,000 Bitcoins, worth over $22 billion. At the time of the transfer, the Treasury Secretary stated that the government's approach is to stop selling seized Bitcoins and instead incorporate these confiscated assets into the digital asset reserves.
