European Central Bank Board Member: ECB Interest Rate Cycle Nearing End
BlockBeats News, September 14th, Martin Kocher, the new President of the Austrian Central Bank and a member of the ECB's Governing Council, stated in an interview that, barring a major shock, the European Central Bank could temporarily maintain interest rates at 2%.
