BlockBeats News, September 4th, According to Sky (formerly MakerDAO), over 61% of MKR has been exchanged for SKY.


The delayed upgrade penalty for exchanging MKR to SKY will be confirmed by a governance proposal on September 18th. If the vote is successful, the penalty will take effect on September 22nd.
