BlockBeats News, August 6, Hut 8 Corp (HUT), a publicly listed mining company on the US stock market, announced that its subsidiary, American Bitcoin, and Gryphon Digital Mining's stock-for-stock merger transaction has entered the shareholder voting phase. Gryphon will hold a special shareholder meeting on August 27, with voting conducted by registered shareholders as of July 25. The transaction is expected to be completed in early September 2025.
