BlockBeats News, July 30th, Midl, the smart contract infrastructure of the Bitcoin ecosystem, announced the completion of a $2.4 million seed round of financing. This round of financing was led by Draper Associates, with participation from the venture capital fund Draper Dragon.


The new funds are intended to support its development of a native smart contract execution environment on the Bitcoin mainnet. The project is currently in the testnet phase, with the mainnet expected to launch soon.
