Hong Kong needs to further develop its financial infrastructure and artificial intelligence capabilities, manage multiple risks, put more effort into establishing a fundamental security network for the digital asset class, and collaborate with global regulators to ensure no arbitrage opportunities exist when transitioning traffic.
