The amount of Ethereum held has increased by 22,935 ETH compared to the last announcement (32,853 ETH), with a total holding of 55,788 ETH, representing a 69.8% increase.

Furthermore, the company has agreed to issue $10 million in convertible notes as part of a $56 million financing arrangement previously reached with ATW Partners LLC.
