Transactions submitted between 10:21 and 10:45 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) have not been processed, and the chain has rolled back to block height 1,962,681. All transactions after that block will need to be resubmitted. A complete review of this incident, including event details, causes, and preventive measures, will be announced later."
