Entegris, Inc. provides advanced materials and process solutions to the semiconductor and other high-tech industries in North America, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, China, Europe, and Southeast Asia. It is divided into two business units: Materials Solutions (MS) and Advanced Purity Solutions (APS). The MS unit provides materials-based solutions such as chemical vapor deposition and atomic layer deposition materials, chemical mechanical planarization slurries and pads, ion implantation specialty gases, formulation etching and cleaning materials, and other specialty materials.
