Dividend adjustment for ORCL, MRVL, AXP, NTAP, and MA stock perpetuals

Dear WEEXer,
In accordance with the underlying companies' dividend schedules, WEEX will conduct a cash dividend settlement for ORCL, MRVL, AXP, NTAP, and MA stock perpetual futures. Users holding positions in these stock futures should take note of the following arrangements.
I. Schedule
Oct 9, 2026, 7:30 AM (UTC+8): Affected stock futures will enter Reduce-only mode.
Oct 9, 2026, 8:00 AM (UTC+8): Dividend settlement will be carried out for the affected stock futures.
After settlement, affected stock futures will resume trading and return to regular funding fee schedules.

The above dividend information is based on publicly available company and market data. Final dividend amounts are subject to actual settlement results.
III. Dividend settlement
To minimize the impact of ex-dividend price adjustments on stock perpetual futures and open positions, WEEX will conduct a special dividend adjustment settlement for the affected stock futures.
- Long positions: Will receive the corresponding dividend adjustment.
- Short positions: Will pay the corresponding dividend adjustment.
- The settlement amount will be calculated based on the underlying stocks' dividend amounts and WEEX's futures settlement rules.
- Final settlement results are subject to WEEX's official records.
IV. Settlement time
Settlement date: Oct 9, 2026. The exact time is subject to WEEX's actual execution.
Users are advised to review the relevant trading pages and funding transactions.
V. Risk reminder
- Dividend adjustments for stock perpetual futures may affect your account balance and position PnL. Manage your funds and positions accordingly.
- This dividend settlement is an adjustment to stock futures due to corporate actions of the underlying companies. WEEX does not charge any additional fees.
- Actual dividend adjustment amounts may vary depending on futures trading rules, position size, settlement prices, and other factors.
