VCI Global, a US-listed company, acquires V Capital and plans to launch a regulated Bitcoin fund

Odaily News Nasdaq-listed VCI Global Limited announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire V Capital Fund Management Limited, a licensed fund management company in Malaysia. It is reported that VCI Global will use the obtained license to launch the VCIG Bitcoin Fund, which will be a US dollar-denominated, professionally managed investment tool designed to provide institutional-level Bitcoin investment opportunities for qualified investors.
