GameSquare plans to raise $70 million through rights issue to continue purchasing ETH
Odaily News Nasdaq-listed GameSquare Holdings announced that it plans to issue 46,666,667 shares of common stock to raise $70 million. The company plans to use the funds to increase its ETH holdings. GameSquare CEO Justin Kenna revealed that the issuance includes a 15% over-allotment. If fully exercised, the total funds raised will reach approximately $80.5 million. The relevant transaction is expected to be completed around July 18, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
