Odaily News White House press secretary Carolyn Levitt said President Trump will decide on his own how to use Japans $550 billion investment in the United States. She said Japans investment is part of the US-Japan trade agreement. Levitt said Trump will use the investment in key industries such as energy, semiconductors, key minerals, pharmaceuticals and shipbuilding.
