(01520.HK) announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with WestRoad Chain Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (WestRoad Chain Technology) regarding the proposed establishment of a joint venture company. The parties to the agreement have agreed to jointly establish a joint venture company specializing in undertaking the new consumer operation of sports IP economy in the Web3.0 model.
