The U.S. CFTC appoints former prosecutor David Miller as enforcement director
According to Reuters, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced on Monday that former prosecutor David Miller will become the agency's chief enforcement officer. This move comes as the CFTC is preparing to strengthen its oversight of cryptocurrency and prediction markets.
As the new enforcement chief of the CFTC, Miller will be responsible for leading the agency's regulatory enforcement efforts in the digital asset space.
