Analysis: REX-Osprey is expected to launch a DOGE spot ETF next week, following its successful debut of a SOL staking ETF.

BlockBeats News, September 5th, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated on Thursday: "REX is expected to launch a DOGE spot ETF next week through the 1940 Investment Company Act. It is worth noting that its prospectus also includes TRUMP, XRP, and BONK, so these ETFs may also be launched in the future, and we look forward to them." The "1940 Investment Company Act" is a U.S. federal law that allows ETFs to establish subsidiaries in other jurisdictions (such as the Cayman Islands), enabling ETFs to gain exposure to these assets without violating the direct fund rule.

REX-Osprey submitted the prospectus for the REX-Osprey DOGE ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, just as earlier this summer REX-Osprey was the first to launch a Solana Staking ETF, so its first DOGE spot ETF may also be the first to be listed. Meanwhile, among the 90+ crypto-related ETF proposals awaiting SEC review, Grayscale and Bitwise have also stated that they will launch a DOGE spot ETF.
