Bernstein: Although Robinhood and OpenAI are controversial, the wave of tokenized stocks is inevitable

Odaily News Robinhood announced the launch of tokenized stocks last week, but sparked strong opposition for providing private equity to OpenAI without consent. Broker Bernstein believes that despite OpenAIs objections, Robinhood still defines the token as a derivative and doubles down on stock tokenization, betting on the support of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the CLARITY Act to unlock the tokenized asset market.
