Bitcoin Transferred by Lubian Today Does Not Belong to the Part Seized by the U.S. Government, Still Controlled by Criminal Group

BlockBeats News, October 22nd, according to Bitcoin News, today revealed that 15,965 bitcoins associated with a sanctioned wallet were transferred today and are still controlled by the leader of the criminal group Prince Group, Chen Zhi. This is the first on-chain transfer in three years.

It is worth noting that this portion of bitcoins does not belong to the 127,000 BTC announced by the United States last week as seized from its operations.
