BlockBeats News, August 18, US-listed company BitMine Immersion Technologies today announced that its cryptocurrency holdings have a total value of over $6.612 billion. As of 11:59 PM EST on August 17, the company holds 1,523,373 ETH (price per unit $4,326, data source: Bloomberg) and 192 BTC.


BitMine's Chairman and Fundstrat analyst Thomas Lee stated: "Within a single week, our ETH holdings have grown by $1.7 billion to $6.6 billion (an additional 373,000 units, increasing from 1.15 million units to 1.52 million units), confirming institutional investors' support for our '5% Ethereum Strategy.' As we have always emphasized, whether it's the per-share net asset value growth of crypto assets or stock liquidity, BitMine is at the forefront of institutional crypto asset holdings."
