Odaily星球日报讯据 BitTorrent 官方消息，BTFS 网络三项关键治理提案 BTIP-89/90/91 进入最终实施阶段。其中 BTIP-91 确立基于智能合约的去中心化治理框架，BTIP-90 实现文件元数据的链上透明管理，BTIP-89 则引入专业存储服务商（SPs）机制。此次升级将显著提升网络的透明度、可靠性和社区自治能力，标志着 BTFS 向完全去中心化存储基础设施迈出关键一步。
