BlockBeats News, July 31st, according to The Block, Cboe BZX Exchange and Arca have proposed listing standards for a cryptocurrency ETF aimed at expediting the approval process for its public trading.
In a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, Cboe BZX requested the SEC to amend a rule to "allow commodity-based trust shares that meet the requirements of proposed Rule 14.11(e)(4) to be generically listed and traded." This rule governs the trading and listing of commodity-based trust shares and imposes specific requirements for the listing of certain shares on trading platforms.
