BlockBeats News, August 22nd, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated that North Korean IT workers are targeting Coinbase, and he is enforcing in-person training to combat North Korean hackers seeking remote work. Coinbase is requiring all employees to attend in-person training in the United States, and anyone who can access sensitive systems must be a U.S. citizen and undergo fingerprint recognition.


Brian Armstrong said Coinbase requires prospective employees to turn on their camera during interviews "to prove they are not artificial intelligence" or have not been coached.
