BlockBeats News, August 18th, according to @btcNLNico, Dutch cryptocurrency service provider Amdax has initiated the establishment of AMBTS B.V. (referred to as "AMBTS"), with plans to list as a Bitcoin treasury company on the pan-European securities trading platform Amsterdam Market. AMBTS's long-term goal is to gradually become a treasury company holding 1% of the global Bitcoin.
