ETHZilla announces the acquisition of 20% fully diluted equity of Karus.
BlockBeats News, December 3rd, according to Reuters, Ethereum Treasury (DAT) company ETHZilla announced the acquisition of a 20% fully diluted equity stake in Karus, an AI platform for automotive finance decision-making and portfolio analysis. The transaction was valued at $3 million in cash and $7 million in ETHZilla common stock. After the transaction is completed, ETHZilla may explore tokenized auto loan business.
