Odaily星球日报讯 FTX 债权人代表 Sunil 在 X 平台发文表示，FTX 正在征求法律意见向受限制的外国司法管辖区进行分配。但如果确定用户属于受限制的外国管辖区，索赔将有争议，如果问题未得到解决，（用户）将丧失分配权益。Sunil 表示，5%索赔涉及受限制国家，82%索赔资金属于中国用户。
