If Ethereum Breaks $4,000, Mainstream CEX Cumulative Short Liquidation Pressure Will Reach $1.567 Billion
BlockBeats News, October 22nd, according to Coinglass data, if Ethereum breaks above $4000, the cumulative short liquidation intensity on mainstream CEXs will reach $1.567 billion.
Conversely, if Ethereum falls below $3600, the cumulative long liquidation intensity on mainstream CEXs will reach $875 million.
BlockBeats Note: The liquidation chart does not show the exact number of contracts to be liquidated or the precise value of contracts to be liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart actually represent the importance of each liquidation cluster relative to adjacent liquidation clusters, i.e., intensity.
Therefore, the liquidation chart shows to what extent the underlying price will be affected when it reaches a certain level. A higher "liquidation bar" indicates that when the price reaches that level, it will experience a more intense reaction due to a liquidity cascade.
