BlockBeats News, August 30th, according to Coinglass data, in the past 24 hours, a total of $577 million was liquidated across the entire network, with 147,345 people globally being liquidated. Of these, $487 million was from long positions being liquidated, and $89.5879 million from short positions being liquidated.

ETH liquidations totaled $184 million, ranking first, with BTC liquidations totaling $158 million.

Cryptocurrency Fear and Greed Index Drops to 39, Market Quickly Enters "Fear" State

The price drop of ETH caused a certain whale to suffer a $14.77 million unrealized loss on their long position. The "Big Buddy" still holds a $120 million position.
