On February 6, the official website of the People's Bank of China released the "Notice of the People's Bank of China, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Public Security, State Administration for Market Regulation, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Further Preventing and Dealing with Risks of Virtual Currency and Other Relevant Activities (Yinfa [2026] No. 42)."
