BlockBeats News, October 27th, South Korean publicly listed company Bitplanet has initiated its first daily Bitcoin accumulation plan, aiming to build a long-term treasury reserve by holding Bitcoin. The company added 93 BTC to its holdings last Sunday and plans to use the previously raised $40 million to establish a corporate treasury of around 10,000 BTC.


Reports indicate that South Korea will implement the "Digital Assets Basic Law" in June 2025, expected to be fully effective by 2027, setting unified standards for token issuance, custody, and corporate holdings. Bitplanet stated that the company is operating in accordance with strict guidance from the Financial Services Commission to ensure a smooth transition and has proactively prepared to meet future regulatory requirements.
