Circle and Paxos are collaborating with the financial technology startup Bluprynt founded by Georgetown Law professor Chris Brummer, utilizing cryptography and blockchain technology to provide issuer verification when issuing a stablecoin, enabling the tracking of the token back to the verified issuer.
