Swedish listed company H100 Group plans to raise $1.5 million to increase its Bitcoin holdings

Odaily News H100 Group, a listed company in Sweden, announced that its board of directors has decided to issue up to 1,523,089 new shares to certain qualified investors at a price of SEK 9.30 per share, with an estimated total fundraising amount of approximately SEK 14.1 million (approximately USD 1.5 million).
The announcement stated that the net proceeds from the fundraising will be used to seek new investment opportunities under the framework of its Bitcoin reserve strategy.
