Tencent in Talks to Acquire Manus, Will Remain a Minority Shareholder

Prefer us on GoogleTencent is in discussions to become the largest shareholder of AI agent company Manus, with plans to repurchase all shares from Meta at an estimated valuation of around $2 billion. According to sources, after the transaction is completed, Tencent will maintain a minority shareholder status and will not take control. Tencent has not yet responded to this news.
