Thailand Considers Zero Tariffs on More US Imports

BlockBeats News, July 14th, Thailand's Finance Minister said on Monday that Thailand is considering imposing zero tariffs on more U.S. imported products. Thai Finance Minister Arkhom Termpittayapaisith stated at a business seminar that the government has also prepared a 200 billion baht (US$6.1 billion) soft loan to mitigate the impact of the tariffs.
If no agreement is reached by August 1st, Thailand will face a 36% tariff from Washington. (Golden Finance)
