BlockBeats News, December 3rd, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, the PENGU project team's token deployment address has been transferring approximately $3 million worth of PENGU to multiple CEXs every few days. The most recent transfer was made earlier today.

From mid-July to now, they have transferred a total of 3.8811 billion PENGU tokens (108 million USD). This timeframe coincides with PENGU's price drop from its second peak of $0.04 to its current price of $0.01.
