The SEC Chairman will deliver a speech tonight at the NYSE, outlining the future vision of the U.S. capital markets

According to official sources, Paul Atkins, Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange at 10:15 p.m. Beijing time on December 2nd (9:15 a.m. Eastern Time) and deliver a significant speech titled "Revitalizing the U.S. Capital Markets on the Occasion of the 250th Anniversary" at 11:00 p.m.
