BlockBeats News, October 22nd, Arkham analyst Emmett Gallic revealed that the U.S. government announced the seizure of 215 bitcoins (about $23 million) from Zhengcheng Huang's wallet, who had operated the darknet market "Chinodrug."
The seizure documents only show the quantity as 199.47 BTC, but the address actually holds 215 BTC. In practice, U.S. government seizure documents rarely report the correct quantity.
