BlockBeats News, December 5th, according to Coinbob Popular Address Monitoring, in the past 3 hours, a whale identified as "pension-usdt.eth" completely closed its 3x leveraged BTC short position opened yesterday, liquidating over $72 million in a short period of time, with a recorded profit of approximately $660,000.
According to monitoring, this address partially closed about $21 million at 3:00 AM today and briefly became the top BTC short position on Hyperliquid yesterday. The previous BTC short position size of this address was about $93.2 million with an average price of $92,700. The address has recently been engaged in swing trading with low leverage and large orders, with an average holding period of about 6 hours this week. Since the initial position was opened in early October, the profit has reached $11.67 million.
