BlockBeats News, August 26th, according to market data, Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT.O) stock surged 4.36% at the market open, now trading at $17.96.

Earlier reports, Yorkville Acquisition Corp., Trump Media & Technology Group, and Crypto.com announced that the three parties have signed a definitive agreement to establish a digital asset treasury company, Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., focused on acquiring the Cronos ecosystem's native cryptocurrency token (CRO).

The Trump Media & Technology Group has acquired $105 million in CRO and will stake it through Crypto.com
