NDAChain is developed by the Vietnam National Data Association (NDA) and operated by the Data Innovation and Development Center of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security. The platform adopts the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus protocol, is equipped with zero-knowledge proof technology to enhance security, and has 49 public-private partnership validation nodes, including government agencies and companies such as SunGroup, Zalo, and Masan participating in network security maintenance.
