BlockBeats News, July 6th, according to Cointelegraph, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin and Ethereum researcher Toni Wahrstätter have co-authored proposal EIP-7983, which proposes to set the Gas limit for a single Ethereum transaction to 16.77 million.
This proposal aims to reduce the risk of denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, optimize the performance of the zkVM (zero-knowledge Virtual Machine), and balance overall Gas usage efficiency.
