Ethena has announced the establishment of a new Qualified Asset Framework to approve collateral assets
BlockBeats News, August 22nd, Ethena Labs officially announced that a new Qualified Asset Framework has been established to approve collateral assets, specifically targeting the USDe-backed perpetual futures section. As part of the new framework, BNB has been approved as the first asset to support USDe. BNB has been approved as the first newly supported asset, while XRP and HYPE also meet all the criteria set by the framework to become candidate assets soon to be listed.
Ethena Labs' Risk Committee will regularly update the list of approved collateral assets, and approval does not necessarily mean the asset will be listed immediately.
