GameSquare is planning to raise $70 million to increase its ETH holdings

BlockBeats News, July 17th, Nasdaq-listed company GameSquare Holdings announced its intention to issue 46,666,667 common shares to raise $70 million. The company plans to use this funding to increase its ETH holdings. GameSquare CEO Justin Kenna revealed that the offering includes a 15% over-allotment, and if fully exercised, the total proceeds will reach approximately $80.5 million. The related transactions are expected to be completed around July 18, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
