Nasdaq-Listed Company Chijet Motor Completes Approximately $300 Million Cryptocurrency Private Placement
BlockBeats News, October 27th, According to globenewswire report, Nasdaq-listed company Chijet Motor Company, Inc. (stock code: CJET) announced today that it has successfully completed a private placement, raising the equivalent of $300 million in cryptocurrency funds. The issuance was targeted at non-U.S. institutional investors, with each unit consisting of one common stock (priced at $0.10) and three warrants (with an exercise price of $0.12).
Chijet CEO Melissa Chen stated that this financing will provide the company with financial flexibility to advance secure cryptocurrency custody infrastructure and undertake strategic acquisitions in the digital asset storage ecosystem.
