What Should I Do If My WEEX Withdrawal Is Delayed?

If your withdrawal is late or missing, check these common issues:
- Wrong Token Type
Make sure the cryptocurrency you sent matches the exact token on WEEX. Even small differences can mean losing your funds forever. For example, sending USDT-TRC20 instead of USDT-ERC20 might stop your deposit from showing.
- Incorrect Address or Network
Double-check you used the right deposit address and network. Don’t send ETH to a BTC address or BNB to an ERC20 one. Assets from one network (like ERC20) shouldn’t go to another (like BNB Chain or OPBNB). Wrong deposits are often lost for good.
- Below Minimum Deposit Amount
WEEX sets a minimum deposit for each token, shown on the deposit page. If your amount is too low, it won’t be credited and might be unrecoverable. Look at the minimum before sending.
- Irretrievable Errors (OPBNB Misdeposit)
Sending to the wrong network, like OPBNB to a non-compatible address, can’t be fixed. Be extra careful when choosing your network and address. For a smooth experience, always check the token, network, address, and minimum before sending. If you’re not sure, ask WEEX support at @weexencs first. Need help now?
