Odaily News Portnoy Law Firm announced a class action lawsuit against MicroStrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR; STRK; STRF), representing investors who purchased the companys securities between April 30, 2024 and April 4, 2025. The lawsuit accuses the company of exaggerating the expected profitability of its Bitcoin investment strategy and underestimating the associated risks.
